Osheen Siva is a muralist and illustrator originally from Vellore, Tamil Nadu. As a visual artist, she experiments with digital as well as traditional mediums to design artworks both for prominent brands and social communities across the country.
Having grown up in a mixed environment between Taiwan, China, Hong Kong and India, Siva’s works carry strong cultural and traditional influences from various sources.
The concept of gender, and its intersection with society and technology, alongside the themes of nature, cosmology, dreams and nightmares primarily inform her works.
Her work has been commissioned by The New Yorker, Gaysi Magazine, New York Asian Film Festival, Dr. Martens, and Vh1 among others.
