Active since 2015

I am Praveer Singh Bais, from Durg district, Chhattisgarh, I pursued my bachelor’s degree from Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya, Khairagarh in 2019. After completing my bachelor’s, I soon moved to Delhi where I set up my workstation as a full-time digital creator and a visual art practician. In between these times I have worked as a lead illustrator in Qweed media, right after my graduation and currently I am working as an illustrator cum animator in a small firm Graphic Designo. I have been a pop-culture fanatic since my childhood, specifically I have been majorly inspired from sci-fi genre of pop-culture, from books to the cinema. This culture has shaped my interest in the field of visual arts. Some of my major inspirations comes from the movies directed by james Cameron, stanley Kubrick, satyajeet ray, alexander tarkoviski and Christopher Nolan. On the other hand the sci-fi literatures, such as dune by frank Hubert and 1984 by George orwell has been the major landmark for my visual art works. Whenever I find myself free from my work, I really enjoy reading batman comics

My works is consisting of different worldly elements that elevates from the ground between war and peace. Elements that symbolizes the deed of human who destroys his own creation whenever his or her mind revolves around war and peace, while the mushroom cloud dictates the far exceeded power of destructions achieved by human society. And most importantly, I use a human in a form of Mahatma Gandhi’s three monkeys symbolizing the struggle to hold the sanity in the face of Armageddon, which generates the feeling of a test whether you give up on your sanity or would you shake hands with you inner demons.

But it is hard to understand why these conflicts are necessary for human to live with, I guess that’s why my works are little out of focus and blurred out. Apparently it gives the essence of confusion that exist within every human brain, that is, what is right and what is wrong?
